Your holiday home close to the Ocean
Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings that offer peace and quiet even in the summer—away from the tourist crowds, yet only 9 km as the crow flies from the sea—our house is a wonderful oasis where you can truly feel at home. Relax in our 6000 m² garden, enjoy a glass of wine on our sunny terrace, or unwind in our spacious rooms!
You can also book massages in advance at Alexandra's studio in Longeville-sur-mer at www.leptitatelier.eu/massages or book surf lessons with one of our local surf schools.
We work together with a bike hire company that delivers bikes directly to us from 3 days hire - whether normal bikes or e-bikes. This makes getting to the beach a breeze!
We have two dogs and two cuddly cats. They stay in our private rooms next to the main house and in the garden and are not normally in the guest house (unless you let them in ;-)). Unfortunately, other pets are not allowed in the guest house. We ask for your understanding. The minimum stay is 4 nights and the minimum age for children is 7 years.
No parties or events allowed.
All bookings have to be made directly through AIRBNB or through BOOKING.COM.
You can also rent our rooms including a delicious breakfast.
All our rooms are very spacious, ranging between 25 and 35 square meters, and each has its own private bathroom.
We serve breakfast at our large dining table in the dining room, and you’re welcome to prepare your own meals in the shared kitchen or enjoy your dinner in one of the restaurants that we can recommend you.
The minimum age for children is 7 years and pets are unfortunately not allowed. We ask for your understanding.

The "blue room"
This room has 35 square metres, a double bed with 140cm x 200cm, a single bed with 90cm x 200 cm, view of the garden and the courtyard.
The floor is made of real wood parquet, it is flooded with light through two windows facing each other and has its own bathroom with bathtub.

Room "Damien"
This room was once Damien's children's room, has 25 square metres, a beautiful 160x200 cm four-poster bed and a 90x200 cm single bed. Two windows look out onto the courtyard and over the roof of the extension. Here the morning sun shines straight into your face!
The room also has a beautiful wooden floor and a private bathroom with bathtub.

The "bird room"
Decorated with a beautiful wallpaper with bird patterns, we affectionately call it the ‘bird room’.
It is very bright, has 25 square metres and beautiful, original old wooden floorboards from 1807, a 160x200 cm double bed, south-facing, a private bathroom with bathtub and a view of the garden.

Room "Gregory"
This 25 square metre room, formerly Damien's brother Gregory's children's room, is our only ‘real’ triple room and has two 100x200 cm single beds, which are put together as a double bed, as well as a 90x200 cm single bed.
The room is flooded with sunlight, has its own bathroom with shower, a beautiful wooden floor, south-facing orientation and a view of the garden.

Family & Friends-Suite
This room, together with the Blue Room, is our largest room at around 35 square metres and has a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed.
It has a view of the garden, a seagrass floor, south-facing orientation and a private bathroom with shower.
This room shares a bathroom with the bike room and can only be booked for Bed & Breakfast together with the ‘bike room’ as a Friends & Family suite.

Family & Friends-Suite
The bike room and the yellow room form our east wing so to speak :) and share a bathroom; therefore we only rent both rooms together for holiday guests.
The bicycle room has a beautiful wooden floor, 25 square metres and two 100x200cm single beds. It got its name from a guest, as there is a decorative bicycle hanging on the wall. We somehow liked the name and adopted it :)
If you book the yellow room, this room is automatically blocked, so it cannot be booked separately.
